SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ARS MAGNUS Luxury Flowers & Design proudly offers local flower delivery throughout South Florida.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently provide delivery within our designated service areas. Availability and delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's address.

DELIVERY TIMES

We make every effort to deliver orders within the selected delivery window. However, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic conditions, weather, building access restrictions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

SAME-DAY AND NEXT-DAY ORDERS

Same-day delivery may be available for select arrangements and locations. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time displayed on our website.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may:

• Leave the arrangement in a safe location;
• Leave the arrangement with a concierge, receptionist, or neighbor when appropriate;
• Contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.

Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ARS MAGNUS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

ORDER CHANGES

Requests to modify delivery information must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

SEASONAL SUBSTITUTIONS

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
